S&P Global manufacturing PMI rose to 50.4 in June from 48.3 in May, consistent with the improvement in the NBS manufacturing PMI released yesterday. This still leaves the manufacturing PMI below the 51.2 level that prevailed in March before the April US tariff shock, but at least back into expansionary territory. The S&P Global services and composite measures are released on Thursday.
