Cabinet Office Business Survey has large enterprises maintaining net positive expectations for the middle of 2025, with little dispersion between manufacturing and non-manufacturing, although the manufacturing outlook strengthened compared to expectations for Q1 2025. The MoF Business Survey of business conditions for Q4 2024 is also maintaining an expansionary reading, with large manufacturing outperforming non-manufacturing at 6.3 compared to 5.4.
